- Number of passengers;

Belgrade Shuttle shall not be responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user when making a reservation.
A reservation shall be considered confirmed once the user receives a reservation confirmation.
Pricing and Payment
The prices displayed on the website apply to the services specified during the reservation process.
Payment shall be made using the available payment methods displayed during the reservation process.
The user is responsible for providing accurate information required to process the payment.
Additional services or costs not included in the original reservation may be charged separately.
Airport Transfers
For airport transfers, the user is required to provide accurate flight information.
Where possible, Belgrade Shuttle will monitor flight information and adjust the pick-up time in the event of a flight delay.
In the event of significant changes to the travel itinerary, the user is responsible for notifying Belgrade Shuttle in a timely manner.
Waiting Time
For airport pick-ups, the driver will wait for the passenger for a reasonable period of time following the scheduled or adjusted pick-up time.
If the passenger cannot be located or does not contact Belgrade Shuttle within the applicable waiting period, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
Additional waiting time may be charged, where applicable.
Changes to Reservations
The user may request a change to a reservation by contacting Belgrade Shuttle as soon as possible.
Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may result in a change to the service price.
Changes to the pick-up location, destination, date, time, or number of passengers may affect the final price.
Cancellation of Reservations
The user may cancel a reservation in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to the specific reservation.
The applicable cancellation and refund terms will be stated during the reservation process or in the reservation confirmation.
Cancellations made after the applicable cancellation deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee, or the reservation may be non-refundable.
No-Show
If the passenger does not appear at the agreed pick-up location and does not contact Belgrade Shuttle within the applicable waiting period, the reservation may be considered cancelled due to a no-show.
In the event of a no-show, any payment made may be non-refundable.
Passenger Obligations
The passenger is required to:
- Be present at the agreed pick-up location at the agreed time;
- Provide accurate information when making a reservation;
- Treat the driver and vehicle with respect;
- Comply with applicable safety rules;
- Wear a seat belt where provided;
- Take reasonable care of their personal belongings.
Damage to the vehicle, unlawful conduct, behavior that compromises safety, or inappropriate behavior towards the driver or other passengers is not permitted.
Belgrade Shuttle reserves the right to refuse or terminate the provision of the service if a passenger’s behavior poses a safety risk or may result in damage to the vehicle.
Luggage
The user is responsible for selecting a vehicle that is suitable for the number of passengers and the amount of luggage.
Belgrade Shuttle should be informed in advance of excessive or non-standard luggage, sports equipment, special equipment, or other items requiring additional space.
Belgrade Shuttle shall not be responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
Belgrade Shuttle will make reasonable efforts to provide the service at the agreed time.
Belgrade Shuttle shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including traffic congestion, road closures, traffic accidents, adverse weather conditions, decisions of competent authorities, disruptions to air traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Vehicles
The vehicle used to provide the service will correspond to the vehicle category selected during the reservation.
In exceptional circumstances, Belgrade Shuttle reserves the right to provide another vehicle of the same or an equivalent category, or a vehicle of a higher category.
Liability
Belgrade Shuttle will provide its services professionally and with due care.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Belgrade Shuttle shall not be liable for indirect damages or losses arising from delays or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms of Use shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
Complaints and Claims
Any complaints regarding the services provided should be submitted to Belgrade Shuttle as soon as possible following completion of the service.

Frequently Asked Questions
Cancellations made before the applicable deadline stated in your reservation confirmation are processed without a cancellation fee. Cancellations after the deadline may be subject to a charge, and no-shows are treated as non-refundable. Check your confirmation email for the exact terms that apply to your booking.
Belgrade Shuttle monitors flight status automatically. If your flight arrives late, the driver adjusts their arrival time to match the actual landing, and the complimentary waiting period applies from that point. You do not lose waiting time because of a flight delay.
Prices are fixed at the time of booking and are not subject to change after confirmation, provided the pickup address, destination, and number of passengers remain as booked. Changes to these details may result in a revised price.
If you do not appear at the agreed pickup location within the waiting period and have not contacted Belgrade Shuttle, the reservation may be treated as a no-show and any payment made may be non-refundable.
