Sedan or van — which one suits you
For up to three passengers we use the E-Class sedan — comfortable, discreet, and easy to park anywhere. For groups of up to seven with more luggage, the Vito Tourer is the right choice. Same driver standard, same pricing policy, just more room. Not sure which one you need? Get in touch and we will help you decide based on your trip.
Booking and payment
Book by email or phone. Pay cash, by card in the vehicle, or by card upfront at the time of booking — no difference in price either way. No non-refundable deposits: cancel at least 24 hours before departure and there is no charge.

Transfer prices depend on three factors: vehicle class, destination, and the number of passengers. For one or two passengers going to the airport, the E-Class sedan is both the most comfortable and the most cost-effective option. For a group of five to eight going to the same place, one Vito Tourer consistently works out cheaper than two sedans — and logistically simpler because everyone travels together.
The price includes everything: fuel, motorway tolls, airport parking, and waiting time of up to 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival of your flight (if your flight is delayed, the driver waits at no extra charge). For international routes, border crossing fees and any local surcharges are included in the quoted price. There are no extras added at the end of the journey.
For longer routes — Vienna, Budapest, Sarajevo — pricing is per vehicle, not per person. A solo traveller pays the same as two or three people sharing the same vehicle. For groups, this means the cost per person can be lower than a coach ticket plus taxis at both ends. See all our services or contact us for a tailored quote on a specific route.
To book any of these transfers, use the contact page — we confirm bookings within an hour. All vehicles are available as private transfers with a fixed price for each route.
