What happens if my flight is delayed?

Our dispatch team tracks the status of every flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, the driver adjusts the pick-up time automatically and waits for you at the terminal at no extra charge. All we need is the exact flight number when you book.

Which payment options are available?

We accept online card payments through a secure payment gateway. All card transactions are protected by the Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check protocols. You can also pay by card on the POS terminal in the vehicle, in cash, or by bank transfer for companies.

How far in advance should I book a transfer?

You can book just a few hours before the ride, but we recommend at least 24 hours ahead so we can guarantee vehicle availability, especially in the summer season. For group transfers and special requests, 48–72 hours ahead is preferable.

How much luggage can I bring?

Capacity depends on the vehicle: Škoda Superb — 3 passengers, 3 suitcases; Mercedes E220 — 3 passengers, 3 suitcases; Mercedes Vito — 7 passengers, 7 pieces of luggage; Mercedes Vito Extra Long — 7 passengers, 7 pieces of luggage. If you have oversized luggage, please mention it in the notes when booking.

Are your vehicles pet-friendly and do you have child seats?

Child seats are available on request — state the child's age in the notes and we will provide a suitable seat at no extra charge. Small pets are welcome as long as they travel in a proper carrier.

Where does the driver wait for me on arrival?

Your driver will meet you in the arrivals area of Nikola Tesla Airport, holding a sign that reads Belgrade Shuttle or your name. There is no need to look for them — they are waiting right as you leave the customs area. You receive the driver's phone number in your booking confirmation.

Which destinations do you cover?

We cover all destinations in Serbia and the region — airport transfers, Kopaonik, Novi Sad, Zlatibor, Niš, as well as international destinations. The price is calculated automatically during booking, based on distance.

Do you offer a meet & greet service for corporate clients?

Yes, we offer a fully tailored service for companies — monthly billing, fixed prices, priority availability and monthly ride reports. Get in touch for a corporate quote.

Can I book a return trip?

Yes. When booking you can choose the "both ways" option and schedule the outbound and the return ride at once, at a fixed discounted price covering both directions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the ride. After that we charge 30% of the price, while a no-show is charged in full.
