Book nowOur dispatch team tracks the status of every flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, the driver adjusts the pick-up time automatically and waits for you at the terminal at no extra charge. All we need is the exact flight number when you book.
We accept online card payments through a secure payment gateway. All card transactions are protected by the Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check protocols. You can also pay by card on the POS terminal in the vehicle, in cash, or by bank transfer for companies.
You can book just a few hours before the ride, but we recommend at least 24 hours ahead so we can guarantee vehicle availability, especially in the summer season. For group transfers and special requests, 48–72 hours ahead is preferable.

• Mercedes E220 — 3 passengers, 3 suitcases
• Mercedes Vito — 7 passengers, 7 pieces of luggage
• Mercedes Vito Extra Long — 7 passengers, 8 pieces of luggage
If you have oversized luggage (ski gear, a pushchair, sports equipment), please mention it in the notes when booking.
Child seats are available on request — state the child's age in the notes and we will provide a suitable seat at no extra charge. Small pets are welcome as long as they travel in a proper carrier.
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals area of Nikola Tesla Airport, holding a sign that reads Belgrade Shuttle or your name. There is no need to look for them — they are waiting right as you leave the customs area. You receive the driver's phone number in your booking confirmation.
We cover all destinations in Serbia and the region — airport transfers, Kopaonik, Novi Sad, Zlatibor, Niš, as well as international destinations. Popular routes have a fixed price set in advance; for all other destinations, the price is calculated automatically based on distance during booking.

Yes. When booking you can choose the "both ways" option and schedule the outbound and the return ride at once, at a fixed discounted price covering both directions.
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the ride. After that we charge 30% of the price, while a no-show is charged in full.
